I loved having an internship program with the MHP team. Miss Simra's interaction with us was very nice, and I loved her teaching, as it was understandable. She kept our class very interactive, and we got to know other students also very well through this learning platform!

I found the clinical part of the program to be a good experience. The interactive format provided good hands on practice, I really appreciated exploring different modalities and learning how to approach case formulation properly. Though the roleplays were nerve racking, they turned out to be extremely useful for developing and honing our skills. Overall, it's a practical and worthwhile for those looking to gain a deeper understanding of clinical psychology.

Breaking down Gottman ended up being a truly practical as well as theoretically enriching course. All the sessions were filled with practical and application based tasks helping in building confidence through interventions and learning about all the techniques. Absolutely recommended course, it is something that actually demands your total attention and challenges you to work on the said concepts and not just work on completing the notes but acting on them through practice and learning more and more about the dynamics of Couples' Therapy better.

From basic to advanced, I really liked the course content, the pacing, and how it is designed to build skills that could actually be applied in sessions. We learned approx 40 techniques without it ever feeling overly burdensome. Most of this was completely new information and not something we were taught in our university, but Akriti slowed things down and made it easier to grasp. I really liked how confidently and clearly she teaches, and aptly reads the room and adjust the pacing accordingly. She uses technical terms but also breaks them down into simpler language + adds a lot of examples. If anyone is looking for a course that is practical, skill-focused, and taught in a non-judgmental learning environment by someone who is skilled, straightforward, and genuinely invested, I’d definitely recommend learning from her.

One thing I loved the most was how you explained every concept in such a simple, relatable way, connecting theory with real-life examples. The PPTs were concise and to the point, which made learning so much easier. 
The final-day presentation and role-play were honestly the cherry on top! They helped us revise what we had learned, interact with each other, and understand how we could apply the concepts practically- things we miss in our college.

The overall structure of the course was very thoughtfully planned and good for a beginner in narrative therapy. i really liked how the PPTs, reading material, roleplays, class discussions and activities that we had were all very interactive and fun. the overall environment of the sessions was very chill and comfortable too. Harshita ma'am was a great facilitator, very patient, enthusiastic, non judgemental and encouraging. it felt safe and easy to bring up opinions, doubts and questions. thank you so much for this opportunity, I'm so thankful to be a part of this course!!

This course gives you a very different light of gestalt than our textbooks from uni. The modules are designed in such a way where things slowly start making sense as you learn more. If you find yourself being clueless, it's best because it means you're absorbing the content. The facilitator Akriti has a very talented way of teaching that makes you feel less like a student sitting in class and more like a learner experiencing slightly advanced concepts in a space where mistakes, doubts and questions are welcome. I Highly recommend doing this with akriti if you want to learn gestalt!
